Its very important to understand the legal basis for treason. Firstly it has always been the most serious crime on the statute book, worse than murder. Treason
has long been the only crime punished by “hanging by the neck until dead.” Murderers only get life. The definition of treason is “a crime that undermines one’s government” or “the offence of acting to overthrow one’s government.” Philby, Maclean, Blunt,
Burgess committed treason, by selling secrets to the Russians, and would have got perhaps 15 years if they had returned. What Heath did was the ultimate act of
treason, not just undermining our nation, but abolishing it. If a court case had been brought, he would have got the ultimate penalty.

3. Tony Blair Committed three acts of treason, with three EU treaties. He is also an enthusiastic implementer of EU laws disguised as British laws, the latest being ID cards; he’s an enforcer of crippling EU regulations. Blair is the chief manufacturer of the EU police state in Britain (Scottish rite 33rd degree mason of Studholme lodge 1591 ).

John Major committed Treason with the Maastricht treaty; he also sold our main military and nuclear port, Devonport Dockyard, to Dick Cheney’s Haliburton Corporation for peanuts, his bribe was to be European MD of the Bush family’s Carlyle Weapons group, and $1 million pa for life, so he is definitely on the other side.

5. Margaret Thatcher committed Treason with the Single European Act. She is the only Prime minister who now regrets signing it. She’s still guilty – a murderer who apologises only has a mitigating circumstance. She’ll remain a traitor until her death. Like many top people on our side, she’s developed heart problems and is too ill to help.

The above four people have all committed treason, and prosecutions were pending. Tony Blair’s risk was the full force of the law for signing the Amsterdam Treaty amongst others. But in a stunning abuse of power, Tony Blair secretly repealed the treason laws, hidden in the Crime and Disorder Act, and the Queen signed it in
1998, saving both their necks.

There can be no worse criminal abuse of the law than this. …….To get off your own execution as a Prime Minister by repealing the law you are charged under……..The newspapers and media missed it entirely.

In light of the recent lies and vilification of ourselves and Mike Newland, and Simon Darbys part in them, he was formally notified last week of preparations to replace him as Black Country Branch Treasurer, since it was obvious that our working relationship had broken down irretrievably and, more importantly, that the members had shown their distrust of him by not sending monies into the branch account, and had confirmed to us that they would not do so until he was removed from office.

Mr Darby replied saying that the Black Country Branch should pay for WBW leaflets, comparable to those of other candidates. We readily agreed that the sterling value of the $500 USD sent to us by AFBNP for the WBW seat would be released for that purpose. His response to this proposal was to withdraw without authorisation £900 cash from the Black Country account by stealth, before the bank mandate was duly signed and completed. Mr Darby fraudulently used a blank cheque that Steve Edwards had signed before going on holiday in August in order to pay for Party publications to get this cash, claiming that he did so upon the instructions of Party Chairman Nick Griffin “as in the constitution”. We have requested that either Darby and/or Party Chairman Nick Griffin should immediately return the £900 cash to the Black Country Branch account.

We have provided full bank details to them for this purpose, confirming also that a cheque to the sterling value of $500 USD will be paid to the printer in full or part payment of the WBW literature whichever the case may be, stating that the Black Country PO Box, e-mail address and telephone no. should be printed on all election leaflets etc. Furthermore, Mr Darby was made aware of a proposition put forward to remove him as second signatory from the West Midland Regional account earlier in June this year, since it was unconstitutional to have him as such, though we fully appreciate that the reason why Mr Darby was named as second signatory was that he lives conveniently close to Neil Phillips (WM Treasurer). The motion was unanimously passed by the twenty officials from the West Midlands and Wales present at the quarterly regional meeting of officials, held in June at a Tipton venue, in order that the constitution should be adhered to, stating as it does that the signatories should be the nominated Treasurer and Organiser, though the two cannot be the same person.

It is now clear that Party Chairman Nick Griffin has gone back on his signed agreement to “unconditionally re-instate” us at the Unity Rally and will not accept Steve Edwards as West Midland Regional Organiser. Having made a promise to “unconditionally re-instate” us to all those present at the meeting, amongst whom were more than one hundred officials and members from Cumbria to Portsmouth, not to mention what Nick Griffin subsequently said to the entire membership in a recent bulletin, Party Chairman Nick Griffin now insists that

on his instruction, stays on as second signatory, so undermining Steve Edwards as West Midland Regional Organiser! Yet we have kept our side of the bargain, and, out of loyalty to the Party, we have resisted enormous and continuing pressure from our many friends and supporters, who have been clamouring for Sharron Edwards to stand as an independent British nationalist in WBW in the face of Nick Griffins decision to impose himself as candidate against the wishes of the West Midlands members. As a result of these developments, and following a request by Tony Lecomber to release £500 from the West Midland Regional bank account to central funds, West Midland Regional Treasurer Neil Phillipss decision to freeze the regional account was given full support by all officials in the West Midlands and Wales present at an emergency meeting, also held in Tipton, on Sunday 29th October.

The Party leadership are using the constitution as a pretext for asset stripping hard earned local funds, provided by local people for campaigning in their communities, but now being seized to pay head office salaries. Even the latest members bulletin is a blatant attempt to con members (including the Black Country Branch) into sending their membership dues in before 31 Dec 2000, so as to avoid paying the £5 increase in Jan 2001, serving only to put ready money into a pitiful, almost penniless, national account, to be used in the main to pay wages.

The same leadership, which should not be allowed to forget a disparaging remark made by the Party Chairman at the August AC against the Black Country membership, are to be reminded that the Black Country members do work and that the dirt in their finger nails is through hard work, not mucking out two pigs called Anne and Frank on a hobby farm in Wales! Let there be no mistake about it: the leadership is using next years money to pay this years bills, and taking no thought for to-morrow. It must be realised that, over the next few weeks, tens of thousands of pounds of members money could be paid into central funds (via Mike Newlands old PO Box, which is now under the control of Tony Lecomber, and not Chris Green, the assistant treasurer dealing with receipts) by unsuspecting members, thus providing a substantial fund at the mercy of an unscrupulous leadership involved on Tony Lecombers own public admission in tax and benefit fraud, clearly spelt out by barrister Adrian Davies in his report on the Trafalgar Club finances.

If we as BNP members are expected to solve the Partys cash flow problem before 31 Dec 2000, we urge all organisers and members to request the Party Chairman Nick Griffin to call a General Members Meeting over the next couple of weeks to resolve the outstanding financial issues, if necessary by directing a full audit by a qualified accountant. There must be redress of grievances before supply. Any such meeting should also discuss changes to the constitution, which currently makes any challenge to a discredited leadership very difficult. The survival of our Party depends upon a leadership that works within the law, and enjoys the members respect and support, counselled by an advisory council that takes responsibility for the proper running of the party, not one that gutlessly allows impropriety (not to say flagrant illegality) to discredit our Party and perhaps destroy it altogether. We need a democratic constitution and a strong and vocal membership to influence events if we are to save our nation. The rest is up to you.
