Unsolicited Council Tax Bills are no different to someone turning up at your door with a TV (or anything) that you haven't ordered and insisting that you accept and pay for it. Then there is the all important Strawman element. The Council can make things very difficult for dissenters but if you know your rights and stick your ground, they are powerless. A judge/magistrate for example is NEVER acting under their Oath of Office when presiding over such money extraction cases that inevitably come to court. He/She is acting as an Administrator for the Council (and is in NO WAY impartial) and they will flatly refuse to answer any questions directed at them on this Oath of Office matter. Likewise, the 'defendant' should flatly refuse to identify themselves as the 'Strawman' (WHICH THEY ARE NOT ANYWAY)and merely say they wish to be addressed as Micky Mouse or something. I'm serious. The case cannot continue until you admit to (are conned into) being the Strawman. The case has to be adjourned/abandoned.
