It appears Griffin get let of the hook again concerning the Electoral Commission report, I wonder how they will deal with the 2009 accounts? Will they be covered by the new stricter rules?

He will get away with 2009 as well. The new legislation only comes into effect from 1st Dec. 2010.State protection for all of the parties, the E.C. is controlled by the state, they aren't about to stitch themselves up. That's the way it is, UNTIL WE CHANGE IT.
