“Simon Darby, the BNP deputy leader, yesterday blamed bureaucracy for the errors and said the party needed to exaggerate because “if we had said we wanted to spend 10p, it wouldn’t do us any good. … there’s a bit of hyperbole with politics”. He refused to comment further on the discrepancy, saying that it was not a “worthy question”.”
Whilst we don’t like carrying links to the M.S.M., the members have the right to view this.
The accounts or more precisely the lack thereof have always been Griffarage and his cronies Achilles heel.
The fallout from this could clearly damage the movement/cause in the short term, if prosecutions do occur, should this situation arise, the blame should be placed firmly at the feet of the man who has the final say in all B.N.P. financial matters ie Griffarage.
Personally I hope that Griffarage and his shyster/confidence trickster/conmen cronies are found guilty and prosecuted, it is a clear as the nose on ones face that the above “types” have only one interest in Nationalism and that is the gathering of money for themselves.
Should prosecutions occur, this would surely facilitate the removal of the forementioned “types” which in the long term would clearly be a positive step for the movement/cause.
Another ten years with Griffarage at the helm of the B.N.P. isn’t a nice thought at all.
Well let’s not get ahead of ourselves with this one just yet, as always, time will tell.
“A call from a certain reporter at The Times irritates me to an extent where I almost lost my temper. Trying to explain as reasonably as I could the answers to various crude and probing questions, every single word I spoke was twisted and distorted in an almost mechanical way. It got to the point where I simply could not take any more insinuations about being a thief and a crook and I simply terminated the conversation.
It has to be said that I can no longer deal with this journalist any more who is bordering on suffering psychological issues in my opinion. If The Times wants an opinion from us they’ll just have to ask another reporter. One that can extract a response without adopting the attitude of a rookie prosecution barrister on horse tranquilisers.”
Looks like 5IMon is getting the excuses in already, the shysters atop the B.N.P. appear to be getting very rattled.
Still no sign of the Trafalgar Clubs accounts.
One has to admit that it is looking very bad for them at the moment, will Edgar and his freemason friends step in to save their bacon?
Thanks anon. for spotting this.
